John Gray, President
John has held the position of President since the Association was established. John's family background in the building industry and his own experience dealing with a leaky home in a multi unit complex fuelled his passion for good homes. As an airline pilot John understands the importance of standards and the need for a robust regulatory system - he believes this should be no different for the building industry.
Roger Levie, Chief Executive
Roger is a founding member of HOBANZ and is involved in all aspects of the organisation on a daily basis. Roger learned the importance of a safe and secure home from his father who escaped persecution in Europe and ultimately built a new home in New Zealand. Roger has a background in marketing and management and has his own leaky home story, putting him in a strong position to lead the organisation.
